Each artwork is handled with care and packaged as securely as possible to help ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Times
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 3-10 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched;
UK delivery: 3-5 business days after dispatch
International delivery: 5 - 14 business days depending on destination.
Shipping
Free UK shipping on all origional artworks and prints.
International tracked shipping: £35 flat rate.
International orders are sent via a tracked and insured service for security.
International buyers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes depending on their country.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service used.
All original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged carefully to help protect it during transit. Original works and prints may be shipped flat or rolled, depending on the size and format of the piece.
Domestic and International Orders
Orders may be shipped both within the UK and internationally, where available. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
Tracking
Where possible, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order items, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atinfo@fayefox.artwith:

clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item
This will help us assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch at info@fayefox.art and we will do our best to assist.
Colour and Appearance
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. Minor variations between on-screen images and the final physical artwork or print are not considered faults.
